Rates
 We
hope you'll find that our rates are competitive, given the game experience
Redshield offers. Prices are in Botswana Pula (P) and are valid until
Oct-02. We accept payment in Pula , SA Rands (R) and US Dollars ($) at
prevailing exchange rates. In May-02, exchange rates were approximately
R1.65 / P1.00 and P6.20 / $1.00.

If guests wish to guarantee exclusive use of the house or bush camp,
the minimum rate is P1,200 per night.
Rates exclude:
- Laundry services
- Staff Gratuities
- For visitors who wish to fly in to the region:
- Transfers to/from the Limpopo Valley Airfield
- Limpopo Valley Airfield arrival and departure passenger taxes
- Transfers to/from Pont Drift, for visitors who wish to leave their
vehicles at the parking facility on the South African side of the
Pont Drift border post.

Reservations
and Payments

To secure
your reservation, a 50% deposit is required.

Redshield
reserves the right to automatically release accommodation
being held unless a deposit is received 30 days prior to
your arrival date.

We require full pre-payment
of accommodation a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival.

Unfortunately at present,
Redshield does not accept payment via cheque or credit
card. Deposits should be made directly into our bank account.

Arrival and Departure Times
Check-in time is 12h00 and check-out time
is 11h00. Any variations on these times must be advised prior to guest
arrival at Redshield and are at the sole discretion of the camp manager.
Cancellations
- Cancellation fees will be levied in the event
of cancellation and only if damages are incurred by Redshield as a result
of the cancellation. They will be levied at the following rates:
